More than 50 years ago, Rudolf Rost Plywood GmbH was founded by Mr. Rudolf Rost as a trading company for plywood in the wagon construction industry.

Since then, we have developed from a 3-man business to a family-run medium-sized company in the third generation with over 30 employees.

We moved from a small office in Hamburg to our current location in Rellingen in 1999 and founded our own production site in Baden-Baden in 2010.

The requirements of the past, present and future for a floor, a ceiling or a table in the rail vehicle or shipbuilding industry allow us to constantly drive innovation, develop creativity and turn ideas into individual solutions, so that we have now become a leading supplier of technical system solutions for the interior design of rail vehicles and ships.

To this day, we remain committed to tradition, coupled with a sense of the needs of the present. Our commercial activities are characterized by respect for our employees, suppliers and customers.
